Major update

So.. here you go..

July 16-19.. on death watch for auntie.. she passes on July 19. Also on July 19 the man in the apt above me was MURDERED.. yes you read it correctly.

Sometime in August, bought a house. Working on house since then.. and working and working!! So.. we went away for a few day for Germ's birthday. It was so nice.. relaxing and well...nice.. but there are things to handle and people to please as usual.

So.. we came home and took care of business... and and and... started construction. And we are still constructing.


We are going to be at the Bay Ridge Autumn Harvest show on Sunday the 28th. So, if you want to stop by on Sunday, please come to 69th and Shore Road!

I have been far far away

In my own land of medication and irritation of skin in various body parts.

However, I have decided that, for obvious reasons, accessories are the keys to life. There definitely needs to be a decision, a conscious decision, on my part to just work at accessory compiling. My wardrobe must be scaled down and I really need to just work on my accessory wardrobe.

And I know, there are starving people in the world.

To all who came to support your fancy chicks yesterday on Cinco de Mayo at the Narrows Botanical Garden.

The weather was gorgeous.. the day lovely, the winds slight and the air smelled like the ocean. We had some ladies and some family members come to hang and enjoy the day and some of us even left with a nice first sunburn of the season.

Oh Ladies...

Today is the first of May.. and the sun is hiding. I really do miss the sun. I think that the weather yesterday was beautiful and we can wear cute clothing in the warmer weather. And today.. hmm.. maybe not so cute...

Any thoughts on this? I really think that someone should call Mother Nature.. doesn't she know what day today is?

Cinco De Mayo

Ladies and Gents.. last week was a great success and we are doing it again this weekend coming up.

In honor of Cinco De Mayo we will be at the Narrow's botanical garden on 72nd and Shore Road blinging it up for the wedding season.

Princess Bride collection will debut and we will have our fabulous baby jewelry as well as some cute new phone charms and other new Swarovski items.

Today was a sign.... literally...we were talking to one of ladies in charge of the BRFA and we were told about the May 5th show. Then the woman in charge of May 5 walked right up to us and asked us if we wanted to be there.

We will be there that day... Cinco de Mayo and hopefully it will be sunny and beautiful. We will have new items, markdowns and the debut of the Princess Bride Collection.

There will be more updates as we get closer to the show!

Today was a success.. I am sure tomorrow will be also. We had some surprise guests show up and we worked all day on new items while we were sitting there and we got a lot of questions, gave out a lot of cards and took an instant order!

is the big day.. as usual my nerves are all up in arms.. I cannot decide what to wear and this is a big deal for me because I have to look fashionable and fantastic and not too wealthy so people will think me poor and purchase things from me

I do know it will be black pants and pink shirt and obviously I will be wearing shoes. I found fabulous crystal havianas and they have not come yet so I am bumed about that because I thought I would be able to wear them today, but it wasn't meant to be.

Nicole and I went out and spent a small fortune on new beads to work on today while we are sitting and being cute... well Nicole will be cute, I will be there to answer questions. She decorated a bucket full of grass and flowers and we will have that on the table as well as real flowers. We also bought gorgeous fabric to set the table with, so I hope the camera is charged and we can take lots of pictures. I wnat to update the site as quickly as possible. Germ has been really good about getting the edits done and getting the changes made. He did such a great job on the site I am so thrilled, I cannot even explain.

New Designs.. I am so excited for...

So… I got an email from a bead store today and I found some INSANELY AMAZING stuff for the summer line. It is a whole new idea and venture in accessorizing. There will be light and airy fun items that will fill you with happiness. I believe that this may be our best line yet full of color and on the cutting edge of style.

I recently was viewing the Nordstrom accessory webpage and on the model in the picture, she is wearing a necklace that is extremely close to a Fancy Pants design. It is a clear quartz necklace with black thread laced through it. The colors speak to me and I have something exactly like that with an orange thread. The idea was shown to me by a good friend of my mothers, Jean Tomasso and she introduced me to a technique called threading. You thread the bead onto a string and knot it. Is it easy, absolutely not. Are the products beautiful afterward, hands down. I am working on my summer line of fantastic items and they will be on display by May 1.

There is to be promising gorgeous weather this weekend. I hope all of you can come and visit Nicole and myself at the Festival of the Arts on Saturday and Sunday.

Just a question.. Does anyone feel pretty today?

I am feeling extra pretty today because I am wearing pink.. why does it have to be wasted on school and those stinky kids? At least some of the fancy mamas at school get my style and have some uniqueness of their own..

Is uniqueness even a word? And they say I teach English..

Anyway.. Just a quick note to say hi to all my bloggers and say I do hope this weather stops it soon, I am getting really sick of slogging through the rain and the dreary clouds. I really need some sun and some 65 degree weather...
